It does exactly what old school preworkouts did: engages focus, strength, and endurance. The ONLY tradeoff is the flavor selection. Sickly sweet or too damn bitter. If they made this in wild cherry it would be perfect.At the end of the day its not about taste... max your pumps and buy this.

Fantastic product. Strong taste, like drinking Peach Ring candy. I would recommend mixing with 10-12 oz of water. But definitely gives me a wonderful sense of urgency! Don't take this if you're not planning on moving around, otherwise you may get a little nauseous. Clinical and effective dosages make this a very effective pre-work out.

So far I am loving the product. It gives me the energy and stamina I need to make it through a workout. I love the flavor too.

I go to the gym very early in the morning and need a preworkout that really pumps me up, unfortunately this one didn’t work for me. It tastes great but I could have taken it and went back to sleep.

I’ve tried maaany pre-workout products & never once had an issue with any of them.. however, Stimmed Up by PHASE1 Nutrition changed that completely. For whatever reason every time I tried using the Sweet Peach Rings, I’d get ulcers inside my mouth, almost like chemical burns. Adding more water or less powder to the mixture didn’t seem to help either.

They flavor is so good and the pre workout kicks in fast and gives me all the energy I need. I only use a 1/2 a scoop!

Finally a legit pre that hits hard, brings the pump and you can truly feel. I was offered to try it from a guy I’ve trained with and bought a bottle the next day. This stuff is top notch and what pre’s used to be.
