Just started.....UPDATED
I just started taking these therefore, have no real feedback to give on it yet. Will come back in 30 days to advise how well, my weight loss is/is not going. More to follow once available.UPDATE: I have taken EpiBURN Pro for 3 months. I have found that it helps with workouts by maintaining energy and stamina; it did not lower cravings. I found that EpiBURN Pro works best with exercising - and not a lot of exercise either. My exercise routine consists of 15 mins each day (7 days per week) on the exercise glider and walking 8000-10000 steps per day (5 days per week). I did not change my eating habits. My eating habits consists of Greek yogurt for breakfast - 7 days/wk, chicken salad - 4 days/wk at lunch, 1 day/wk fried chicken wings for lunch, and protein smoothies or a light snack of cottage cheese and peaches (heavy syrup) - 5 days/wk in the evenings . My cheat days are Sat/Sun and is the reason why I exercise 7 days a week. I also have the occasional pint of chocolate Haagendaz ice cream once/month. So you see my eating habits are by no means super strict. What I have changed is cut off eating time (no eating after 7PM) and I take pre/probiotics. Taking pre/probiotics has helped me immensely with clarity, sluggishness, sleep improvement, as well as detox impurities from my body. All this has enabled an enhanced weight management for me. My way may not be the right way for everyone, so key advise is - you really do need to do some form of exercise for any weight control product to work - start slow and work up to a good routine. I have been able to lose water weight and about 2 lbs per month. EpiBURN Pro did not have any side-effects (jitters, rapid heart rate, nauseousness, etc); however, you do need to drink water throughout the day - I average about 64 oz / per day; I also drink iced tea or coffee. I do not normally drink sodas and never diet soda. My conclusion is - EpiBURN Pro can work well even with exercising at my rate and pre/probiotics.

The formula isn't the same as it was in 2013.
Definitely has a good thermogenic effect, I sweat like crazy taking this. It's pretty smooth, little jitteriness. As for energy and weight loss and appetite suppression, I feel like it's just another placebo. I also feel like, although the bottle looks like their "old" formula, the one that GNC doesn't sell anymore, it is still somehow different than what I purchased in 2013. Whatever formula that was did actually suppress my appetite.
