Product arrived on time. Package is quite tall and heavy. So be prepared that you may need help. I waited for my husband so I wouldn’t need help. When we opened it up we were a little taken aback at all the prices that needed to be assembled. But it was actually easy. Directions were good and accurate. Everything was labeled well. Took less then an hour to assemble and hang. One bolt did break and we had to go to hardware store for replacement. But my husband says that was his fault not the bolts lol. ( I have included pictures from start to finish so that hopefully helps)We are very happy with this purchase. Great quality for the price. Door and hardware are not cheap and flimsy. The door is actually heavy when assembled. The stain is beautiful. We would buy again and we would recommend.

The door is not put together. You have to start by assembly the door itself. The railing is hard to figure out, from measuring the right height to secure it to hold the heavy door. It also would need a floor guide because the door moves or floats after installed.

Beautiful door! The color is very accurate. It’s fairly easy to Install. Definitely would buy again.

there was an issue with it not being painted as I ordered but the company made it easy to work with so I was happy in the end to have painted at home

Sturdy door. Love the color. A little more difficult to put together then I thought. Door was too narrow for what I needed, but I could have taken my measurements wrong.

This thing is bigger than I expected despite being aware of the dimensions. Very sturdy but minus 1 star because I had to put a bend on the hook portion to keep it from slipping out of the loop.

Good value, but hook bend is 2-3 degrees LESS than 90 degrees. So, the hook end tends to slide upward and out of the latch. When you install make sure the long hook is attached slightly higher than the small latch so that the effective angle of the hook is slightly more than 90 degrees - then the hook will stay in the latch.
