Great
Well made quality product. More comfortable on the skin than the rubber kind.Bought these for glute strengthening/activation exercises as I do distance training. Very pleased with the purchase. They have a bit of a chemical smell at first which dissipates after you air them out.

A Serious Resistance Band
With resistance bands, there are generally two concerns: How durable is it and how much resistance are we really talking about? The Serious Steel red (advanced) band meets the first criteria with no problem. As stated, it's a fabric band and is well stitched at the seam. Short of taking a knife to it, it's hard to imagine this thing ever snapping apart. As to resistance, well, it is very strong. I was comparing it to some other black (heavy) bands in my collection, and there is absolutely no comparison. I'll be interested to see how well the elasticity holds up with heavy use. If you aren't sure of your ability, don't start off with this one.

Chris Evan’s butt double reporting for duty!
This band is so thick and strong, my booty’s about to inherit those traits. My thighs are going to be thicc like Chun Li when she’s lightning kicking her enemies away. This band is so durable with workouts, Chris Evans is going to ask me to be his butt double in the next Captain America film. The cloth material is great for avoiding snap or slap accidents. It cradles your legs as you workout, reminding them they’re loved, and protected. It softly encourages them to build muscle and grow to be hulk strong, because every beast needs something to calm them down. The elasticity is great. This thing stretches in all directions and maintains its durability like Mrs Incredible when she was holding up the mini van to the rocket as they headed back to the city from Nomanisan Island to stop Syndrome.

Good quality, but a medium is tough.
I'm a lightweight crossfitter (deadlifting 120#), and I found the medium to be usable, but only for fairly short reps. I wish I had gotten the Light, but I figure I'll 'grow' into the Medium with time. I like to use these short bands exclusively to warm up and activate my glutes before exercises like squats and deadlifts. I wear it above my knees and walk in a box pattern....3 squatty steps to the left, 3 monster walk steps backwards, 3 squatty steps to the right, and 3 monster walk steps forward.I give this 4 stars because I'm petite (37" at my hips), and I feel the band is small to step into. It doesn't stretch easily like those latex-y bands do, so that's what makes getting it on difficult; It's much more resistant and has a fabric feel. I don't see how a person with big thighs (or big feet!) could get it on.

Junk
This is the second band I've bought from the brand and once again freying after less than a year of use one to two times per week. Don't waste your money

Very strong!!!
I got the advanced band because I've been working glutes pretty specifically for over a year and I can hip thrust 300+ lbs. I've broken previous flimsy rubber bands I've tried. This one is shockingly difficult. It's honestly hard for me to use and is strong enough to replace weights. It also doesn't roll up like rubber ones do. Great integrity and very strong product. Works perfectly. I wouldn't waste money on the rubber ones that snap, get dirty and roll up constantly. This one works great for advanced fitness people.

Pretty good.
I like this overall. The tension is good and the width is perfect for me. The only con is the end range of motion is not as much as I like. I believe a little more elasticity would make this a 5 star product.
