Q: How does one open this without using a hammer? The packaging is hard plastic, I'm afraid of damaging the figure.

Hi You are not suppose to open the hard cover. It is to be displayedf in the case.

Q: Does it include the album?

Hahaha, no. It's just a print. That price would be WAY TOO CHEAP to include an album. Or unless you can figure out a way to play a piece of cardboard on your record player.
