Q: How well does it roll?

Terrible balance, poor wheeling, tip easily and I am presently in the hospital with a broken hip.

Mine showed up in a timely manner but a lot of the essential parts weren't there. The bolts to secure the seat on the plate that the whole thing sits on for example.

Fiber board with a thin foam padding and a vinyl cover. Don't waste your money.
