Tangy Barbecue from your oven
We live in an apartment and don't get a chance to grill very often and really miss the taste of a summer barbecue. We also love pizza, so we gave the kit a try. It was easy to make the dough - just mix the dry ingredients with warm liquid (water and milk). Then all I had to do was press the dough out on the piece of Pizza Paper that comes with the kit and add my toppings. I put the barbecue sauce (The description on the box, "sweet and tangy with a bit of heat", was accurate.) on the dough first, then I added some left over chicken and lots of mozzarella cheese and a little parmesan cheese. I put it in the oven and about 8 minutes later it was done. (My oven tends to burn things if I follow recommended cooking times, so I knew it would probably take fewer than the 10 minutes in the directions.) -- The pizza was delicious. There were no left overs from this meal!

Excellent tasty sauce, great crust, easy to make!
This is a great product -- high quality ingredients and easy and fun to make. The crust is wholesome whole wheat. You just mix it up and roll it out on a piece of parchment provided in the kit. The sauce is superb -- tangy/sweet with a slight amount of heat. They hit it just right! This sauce is great with chicken and red onions. For a gourmet vegetarian./vegan version, try Field Roast apple sage sausage as a topping. Add whatever else you want and any kind of cheese. Just 10 minutes in the oven and you have a fresh made delicious pizza -- so much better and healthier than anything you can buy.The product is made by a small company in Asheville, NC and they make it with love!

It's simple... Good Food
For me, Pizza is three things. A crust that's chewy, tangy sauce that is not over spiced, and cheese with a little extra cheese.The kit came through with a crust that was simple to mix, plenty of tasty sauce that worked perfectly with fresh mozzarella.The meal was everything a hot pizza should be with a surprising barbeque flavor. I was very happy with this product.

Absolutely delicious!
This pizza kit was a fun and tasty way to freshen up our summer grilling rotation. Definitely glad we tried it and will make another one soon.
