The book was a big help. However, being a male, a lot of the book is not for us. Near the 2nd half of the book, alot of good exercises were illustrated for everyone. So I think it was worth the cost.

Just trying to learn about exercising
Didn't have actually what I was looking for like when you go to the gym and you see all those strange exercise machines.. I wanted to know in advance how to use them well they are not in the book. But of course all the other information in the book is also vital information.

Very well writen book. I hate working out but this book has a lot of good information to keep workouts interesting and usfull.

I love the Dummies series, and had to buy this book again because it's the workout plan I've done without getting bored. I highly recommend it.
