Surprisingly good taste
This stuff may have good health benefits and might be nootropic. I've been drinking it several times a week for about seven months, I think it is helping me remember people's names. In any case, it tastes good, has no caffeine, and is priced right. I drink this in the evening when I don't want any more caffeine.

The Tea of Immortality
I heard about this tea from a homesteader who grows it in the Appalachian Mountains. He visited China in the Peace Corp and traveled to areas where they drank this tea. Studies showed high amounts of people living to 100 in these areas so they nicknamed it the "Tea of Immortality." The packaging says "it's called southern Ginseng Tea in China. With a name like that, I had to try it. After some research, I found it has a lot of health benefits! Ginseng tea has many health benefits so Ginseng tea could be similar. It's like a strong green tea but very drinkable. I was expecting something much more bitter, but that's if you steep it too long I could see it turning bitter. I hope this review helps. Just remember locals call it the "Tea of Immortality", I think its worth it.

Found several snails in the leaves
I get that tea is natural and I appreciate organic products, but I wasn't expecting snails in my bag. I washed the leaves and thr water was very soapy and filled with bubbles. Returned for refund.

I Was Pleasantly Suprised...
I was surprised. The tea was of the quality that I would expect from a respected online tea dealer. The price per pound is very reasonable and in line with bulk tea prices, even cheaper than some merchants.I was hesitant to buy after reading the reviews. One review said the tea was bitter. I think the user did not know how to prepare green tea.Green tea is not like black tea and many herbal teas. DO NOT USE BOILING WATER. Green tea should be steeped at 170 degrees Fahrenheit or 76 degrees Celsius - no higher - for only 3 minutes - no longer.Going higher or longer will cause the tea to be bitter. Professional tea salespersons will tell you that you can 'burn' the tea and make it better if you do not follow those directions. You can 'reuse' the tea as the page suggests, but it will not taste as good. If you make it properly, it is a good tea.

Herb of Immortality
Take it from me.....drink this every day and let it do its perfect work as the herb of immortality that it is. Just trust me. I'm a total herb freak (I mean that in the best possible way) Look up Gynostemma and see all it's benefits. And, you'll sleep great!
