Item arrived broken in multiple places and filthy. Was supposed to be new.

One of the holes stripped out and drilled to large or who ever threaded the hole stripped it out. Fan tip wont tighten and just turns. Actually so bad you can push the tip in and out the hole . POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE COMMUNICATION. Contacted seller. Instead of trying to hello me considering i lost money on cuts i got for new clones. Seller just sent a return label via email. No response or apologies or offer to send a new one thats in good working condition. A little communication goes a long way
