Great motor for a great price.
The motor arrived quickly and in good condition. It was an exact fit mechanically. I had to shorten the mounting studs by about 3/8" and I cut the shaft shorter to match the existing shaft length although it would not have been necessary for proper function. The only issue was that the wires were too short for my application. I had to cut the ends off the new wires and cut some wire from the old motor and splice them together using butt splices. I sealed the butt splices with silicone. I also used my existing capacitor which required me to join the white and brown/white wire together. Total time from start to finish was about 45 minutes.

Good motor, great price!
Couldn't see any difference in quality from the Emerson I replaced in my Tappan heat pump and with 30+ years in HVAC, I've seen a few. Fit was perfect, I cut the shaft down but you don't have to. It just makes it easier to get the fan blade off should you have to replace it. Runs smooth and quiet with sealed ball bearings. Time will tell but I see no reason why it shouldn't last as long as any so 5 stars for now. Keep your condenser coil clean so you get plenty of air flow, the motor will last longer and your unit will run more efficiently.

Great seller! Exactly what was advertised! Promptly shipped!
Local HVAC shop wanted $170 for an aftermarket motor, with a $4 capacitor. This is the same quality part for 1/2 the price. Los Angeles HVAC repair companies charge $500-$1000 to replace a condenser fan motor. If you're a DIY person, BE SAFE. REMOVE FUSES. DISCONNECT POWER. I shocked the heck out of myself on the capacitor!Seller shipped part promptly. Exactly what was advertised. Very happy to have saved $90 on the part and $420 doing it myself! THANK YOU!!!

A/C repair shops charge $600 for condenser fan motors.
At $60 it pays to keep one around so, when they try to rip you off with a 1000% markup, you can just hand them yours and only pay for installation.

Easy to install and works great!
Being from the uk but now living in Texas was a bit worried about working on my ac , but replaced a 23 year old broken condenser fan motor with this one after watching a few YouTube videos . Should see us through the rest of the summer hopefully:-) . Ac company was going to charge over a 1000 bucks !
