Extremely durable
I bought this bag to take with me to Italy for the summer. It withstood plane rides, train rides, hiking, and daily wear and tear. After two months, it is still in perfect condition.

Well made, quality backpack.
This is a great backpack. I have been using it for the past few months with very little sign of usage. Zippers are well stitched are seem strong. The shoulder straps have a good amount of cushion and are comfortable on longer carry times. It holds my 17" laptop, accessories and a laptop cooler (about 1.5" to 2" tall) with room to spare. I used this to carry my laptop on my motorcycle. Would I buy this again? Yes absolutely.

Nice pack. Good size. Durable enough for a teenager.
I bought one of these packs for each of my 2 teenage boys. They have used them for an entire school year lugging their laptops and books around in them each day. Unfortunately my boys are not always good about taking the best care of their things. They often get tossed and dumped on being dropped here and there. These packs have held up and are in good enough shape to be used again next school year as well.
