I really like several things about this unit. 1) It is bigger than most twisters. It allows for me to wear my runners. And place my feet apart, which stabilizes me. I have had a stroke, which has affected my left leg. But the unit size and my runners assist greatly, in my ability to maintain my balance, nicely 2) It really promotes great circulation, leaving one greatly envigorated. And done too music makes for a fun workout!❤️I am enjoying this twister, a lot!! I love it!

I almost didn't order this since I still have one of those vintage blue square shaped Twist & Tone exercisers from decades ago which I hadn't used in ages, but when I saw this FigureTrim Twist Exercise Disc one I thought it looked kinda cool and I had read the reviews for it which were very positive so I decided to go ahead & give it a try! I'm really happy I did order it because I love this and it is soooooo much better (and much more fun!) than my old square Twist & Tone! This FigureTrim Twist Exercise Disc is the perfect size for my feet and I absolutely love the massage nodes with magnets which is something the old square Twist & Tone did not have...plus the FigureTrim Twist Exercise Disc moves so much more smoother too....what a big difference!!! I am really super-happy with it and I love being able to use it pretty much anytime & anywhere.....while watching TV or listening to music....it's great!! This morning I got up & planned to do a quick 10 minute workout while I listened to music on my phone through my headphones before anyone else woke up....next thing I knew 45 minutes had passed by & my pedometer had logged in over 2,000 "steps" (although I wasn't actually stepping, but it still counted my "twists"...lol), I definitely worked up a sweat and I could really feel it working my waistline too....yes, it is fun! I think it is made well, seems durable enough that it will last for quite a while, so it is definitely worth the price! This is something I will be using everyday in addition to my other exercises....my daughters really enjoy using it too so I may end up having to buy a couple more of these! :)

I've had one of these since I was a little kiddo. Now then I'm a little grandma, I still find it one of the greatest little exercise gadjets ever.

I already had a very small twist disc but my size 5 feet were hanging off the edge so I thought a bigger one would be better. It is, albeit slightly noisier. It sound like someone sawing wood but it doesn't bother me. I wouldn't say it's flimsy but it's lighter than I thought, and the movement is smooth. I never understood what people meant when they say engage your core but I really have to use the stomach muscles to control it or I go round in circles. I like jumping on this on my lunch break and watching telly.
