-Access hole:I was looking for a bag like this because I could run my own cords through the access hole to charge my devices. Specifically, USB C cords with power delivery for my bigger electronics. The access hole is very small, I could hardly get the USB C cable through. I tried removing it on the plane, but couldn't till I had more room to really force it.-Water bottles:The bottle holders can fit a plastic standard water bottle, anything else and it likely won't work. I have one of the slimmest 16 oz metal water bottles you can get, and even that wouldn't fit. I managed to twist and lodge it in there and its been like that for a few weeks in hopes it will stretch it a bit. If you have a cord going out the access hole, one of the bottle holders is not usuable.-Laptop compartment:It serves its purpose, it seems decently padded, and it is easy to pull the laptop in and out. However, it is made for very large laptops, like 17"+ and my smaller 15" laptop is very loose. There is a Velcro to keep in place, but it can't tighten enough for anything smaller than a 17" laptop.-Look and feel:Looks and feels great. The pictures make it seem huge but that's not the case. Smooth texture on the bottom, and color is nice. Very aesthetically pleasing in my opinion. I've never had any problems with the backpack feeling uncomfortable. Everything feels well made while using it.-Pockets:Not a lot of specific pockets. Just a few big pockets in each section. No pencil holders or anything like that. Definitely something that could have been improved on. Feels like everything I put in there was like throwing it in a draw string bag, hard to keep things organized.-Size:Looking at it, it seems like a standard sized bag, but there is a ton of room in this thing. I didn't need the expandable section but it's nice to know it's there. If you are looking for something to hold a lot, but doesn't look huge, this is it.In summary, there are a few things I can pick out that should have been better, but this has a lot of the features I was looking for. I would get it again over some of the more expensive bags out there.

Nice lightweight backpack with luggage strap, exactly like I was looking for. The only problem for me is that it’s just a single zipper. My mistake for not checking this before purchasing. I see it s a problem during traveling as I prefer double zipper. Hopefully it’s not a big problem that I can’t deal with and this backpack becomes my new favorite.

I like this bag. It's basic. A little small for me - I'm a big guy. However, when the bag is empty it doesn't look as advertised (which isn't a big deal). My workaround is putting my Bagsmart tech back to help to keep the shape.There aren't any major security features that I can recall. Just basic zippers.The bottom of the bag has a durable type of material outfitted that gives the confidence to place it on the floor when needed.All things considered, ide get this bag/gift it again.

I was able to fit all my things for a 4 day trip. The bag is sturdy and has multiple compartments

I have gone back and forth with a rolling laptop bag, shoulder bag and backpack. This backpack is lightweight and has an expandable zipper (easy to stuff a sweater in). It fit under the airplane seat perfectly. There are few changes I would make to the bag for personal preference (not many smaller storage pockets with zippers or pen holders on the inside). However it has plenty of room. Space for laptop, ipad and my travel monitor. Can hold notepads. I stored my pens and essentials in small bags to easily find. I like the 2 outer pockets for a water bottle or umbrella. Got through TSA like a champ. Could use it for an overnight trip if needed with the expandable zipper, can easily fit a change of clothes. I will update this post noting the wear if needed.

I bought this for my daughter who is now in high school and needed a larger bag to carry all the books. worth it. great quality, nice and big. Could see using for a flight as well. Unisex design.
