Vitacost L-Carnitine Fumarate - 500 mg - 60 Capsules

Don't really know what to say about this product. I was recently diagnosed as being pre-diabetic so I was told to get a bunch of pills to help clear our toxins and regulate my blood sugar. No clue if it is working or not.
