I tried a different probiotic in capsule form, but it just did not work well with my system, so I went back to these Nature's Bounty tablets which I had used a while ago with good results. Again, the good results I needed. Good product. Sometimes we just have to try a different brand/format (tablets as opposed to capsules) for the best results for our individual body needs.
