This mat won't last very long
I ordered this particular mat because it came with a strap and a block. The block is fine, the strap I have not yet used, but the mat itself is not very good. It is thin, which would probably be fine if used on a carpeted surface, but in my hard-floored dining room, it's only ok.. Worse is that although I have been using it for less than three weeks, it is already crumbling. Downward dog is uncomfortable when the surface beneath the feet is decaying! And there are little bits of light blue foam all over the floor.room, it's only ok.

Great starter kit!
This is a great yoga mat, it’s a good starter kit!I recommend this and the grip is great. You Will not be unhappy with this product as it does all it states and the mat itself is like a very thin memory foam and hands and feet leave a pattern in it for a couple of seconds which is very cool.

The mat is really thin
I am afraid not a great deal. Bright colour and nice antislip material, but the mat is really thin, hurts my knees, and it brittle down all over during every yoga routine. I had to buy a new one after only a month.The block and strap are useful and do the job, but overall not a great buy.

Fast Delivery
There really are no drawbacks to this set. Mat is comfortable, as is the block. And of course the strap is helpful for me to gradually gain flexibility.A good value money- wise and it was delivered ahead of the projected delivery date.Very pleased.

It was well packaged and came promptly the only thing I felt wrong with it was it ripped a little while using and need some pads for my knees but worth it for beginners
