This is a good quality foldable bench. It was easy to put together. It’s easy to fold up and store as well. I’m 6ft and this supports me fine.

Assembly was easy, though instructions were flawed. I fully assembled it and attempted one sit-up and it broke where the seat meets the leg. This was welded together and not a part that required assemble, so it wasn’t incorrectly assemble. Will be requesting a full refund.

This workout bench is perfect for exercising at home. You can save money, time and exercise privately in the comfort of your home in the time you need it. The material is of decent quality, the material seems to be a little thin and the sponge is not too thick. You can use it for bench pressing, shoulder pressing, curling, leg extensions, etc. Although it includes manual instructions, it was complex and confusing to assemble it. It is semi-heavy so you can load it on your own, but it is better if someone supports you to move it if necessary. The pads where you place your feet to exercise seem to be resistant. It is adjustable so you can adjust depending on how tall you are. It’s not necessarily gym quality, but it gets the job done at home.

Great this bench is so light and easy to move, it's easy to adjust and goes straight up, great for shoulders, and all the way down, the material is good and thick.

It's easy to put together and sturdy. I love it!!
