Please read All the reviews here, including the poor reviews. There is a common thread among the 5 star reviews, great comfort, firm, cool during the summer, on and on, but these are initial impressions in the first few weeks of trying out the bed. I would give the bed a 5 star rating as well in the first year. We bought ours in 2012 and here it is 5 years later, and it is sagging badly. Is sags so bad, it makes me wake up with a sore back and feeling exhausted. I did my research and checked out a lot of mattresses, and yes I called Chuck and spoke to him at length. My wife is 5'6" and about 135 and I am 6'7" but only 205lbs. So I am evenly distributing the weight. The warranty is useless. If you have any stains, forget it. Even if it is small and on the corner, they will use the OSHA laws to hide behind and deny warranty. The criteria they use for sagging is ridiculous and 95% people out there will go out and buy a replacement long before this mattress has reached 1 1/2 inches of sagging. Mine is one inch. Save your money and find a mattress with a real warranty and read the fine print. NOT recommended!!

Getting in and out of this bed is super easy!I used to have a memory foam mattress, which was very comfortable. However, when it was time to get out of bed in the morning, or even rotate over to my other side, I had to do a fish-out-of water flppidey-flop in order to build up momentum first. With this mattress, I can toss and turn effortlessly, and it is super easy to roll out of bed in the morning. Getting out of bed is psychologically tough enough as it is, it should not have to be physically tough as well.But is it firm?There are a bevy of other mattress users that keep talking about firmness being the gospel of all mattresses. Why not just sleep on a board then, wouldn't that be way cheaper? I weigh over 250, and I find the 6 to be plenty supportive, even though I broke my back going way to fast in little sports car a few years back.Sleeps CoolWhile this is a huge pro to most of the mattress reviewing public, I find it to be a slight con. I miss how the neat little carcinogenic man made molecules used to keep me all nice and toasty on my old memory foam mattress.Looks niceDoes not look like your typical bed in a box.And finally the crappy point that caused me to withdraw a star....Poor StitchingYou can see at first glance, the stitching is sort of wavy gravy, rather than in a straight line. The first mattress I received had a small place where the sewing machine missed the fabric altogether. As you can see in the picture, this area is very small BUT just in case the stitching was weak in other areas, I opted to exchange it. I bought mine from Amazon LLC, and they sent a shipping company to come and remove my mattress, and credited my account the full amount. I then ordered another one, because I really did like the mattress. On the second one the stitching was still a bit wavy gravy, but a little better, and there were no places where they missed the fabric.SummaryI have had this mattress 10 months now, and have no regrets! There is not a divot in the mattress where I usually sleep, no seams have burst, and the boogie man has not taken up residence underneath it.

I have the best sleep on this mattress! We did agonize when buying a mattress, as many mattress stores seem like a racket - designed to push you to higher (outrageous) prices and fancier technology. We heard about this one from a friend and decided to try it out. Just a great experience. The shipping was free, we could return if we didn't like it, AND we got to chat with the company about the firmness level. I believe we got precisely the right firmness, and the mattress is just a dream.The only consideration is that you should open this up and let it air out (out-gas) for a few days. It helps if you have an extra room somewhere or garage space that you don't use often so you can just leave a full size mattress sitting there for a while. There is absolutely no smell after the initial airing out, and I love the bamboo top. We also got a very soft bamboo "waterproof" mattress casing for the whole thing since we do have dogs on the bed from time to time. Altogether, the set up is just perfect!UPDATE: Two years later and the mattress is holding up perfectly! It has not sagged at all, and does not have any permanent depressions. It is still firm and supportive. Two people (120 and 160 lbs) sleep on it every night, plus a couple of medium dogs from time to time. Every six months, we rotate the whole mattress so that the head and foot are switched. I just can't say enough good things about this bed!

I had talked to Chuck to determine whether this bed would be the same ILD as another latex mattress I had bought. I bought a 4 in firmness and it is nowhere near as firm as my other latex mattress. At 6' 180 lbs, I easily sink into the mattress, which is unfortunate because I generally like firmer mattresses. It is not worth the hassle and cost to return though. If you do buy this product, be sure to buy at least a 3 or firmer because a 4 is way too soft.***6 Month Update***I am 6' 180 lbs. My girlfriend is 5'1 and 110 lbs. There is a noticeable depression on my side of the bed as compared to my girlfriend's side of the bed. Now not only is the bed softer than I expected, but it also appears to have broken down on my side of the bed after only six or seven months of use.***1.5 year update***The depression for bodies on both sides of the bed cause significant bowing. We went from floating to being comfortable to being uncomfortable. I would not recommend buying this product due to its poor durability.***2 year update***Back pains are too bad from sleeping in a bowl-like depression even when rotating the mattress. I am donating this POS and buying another brand.

Comfortable mattress. Sent before promised time which I appreciated. Had been in hospital for 5 months and it was a great luxery to have when I came home. It was sent compressed but my husband managed to get it unpacked and it inflated on its own. Thanks.

Bought the mattress in May 2015. Mattress is still Very comfortable. No more back pains and always well rested. You will not want to get out of bed to go to work.UPDATE Dec 2020. Bed is shot. 5 year max lifespan
