Didn't last. Poor support.
Worked well for 3 weeks, and was easy to set up. One is still functioning. The other one suddenly lost the connection to the wifi, turned off the appliance. Attempted many times to reconnect it. Then uninstalled, then reinstalled in the app, which made no difference. Very limited instructions.Website was of no use. I assume they are selling thousands of these, but Orvibo's site has links labeled, "How to instruction the socket." Please get someone more fluent in English. Three days after I contacted them, I received this email:Thanks for your Email, where are you come from? Do you know the MAC address of the S25 socket? Can you find the "HomeMate_AP" SSID on your mobile network list when the socket flashing red light? Please try to logout the HomeMate account and relogin to add the socket. Check if it still have the same problem?I'd already done that multiple times. So I'll be returning these.I ordered two of the KMC brand Smartplugs, hoping they would be better quality. Even worse. One worked for 1-1/2 days. The second one not at all. In this case, I didn't lose the wifi connection. The green light switched on and off fine, but no electricity to the thing I had plugged in. Tried multiple locations / devices in my home. No luck. Also returning these low-quality devices. And no reply at all when I contacted their support. Fail.

Works as advertised but needs improvement with wireless networking (EDIT June 1, 3, and 5 2017)
The product works as advertised. Easy to set up using the HomeMate App as well as the Alexa app. The price is very competitive for a decent entry to the smart home game.NOTE: The new 2017 model provides Alexa voice control using Amazon Echo while retaining the same capability that the previous models had.My only gripe would be in the set up department. Yes, it was easy as 1-2-3 but after unplugging it and placing it to the intended socket, the device wouldn't connect to the wifi network I had set up earlier. Wireless signal in that area was excellent, to add. I had to set it up again by pressing the button for 6 seconds and wait for the red light to flash again. Hopefully this can be fixed with a simple firmware upgrade as it might be crucial to have all the plugs running after a power outage.EDIT June 1, 2017:Seems to be working perfectly now. Remembers the wifi network even after unplugging them. Boot up of the processor inside seems to take a while though but its one of those things that you can set up and forget about it.Alexa support is top notch. You can name any appliance plugged to the smart socket and just tell echo to turn it on or off as well as group devices under one name for simultaneous switch on/off.Update: June 3, 2017Taken off 2 stars because the Alexa Skill server for Orvibo is offline thus when asking echo to turn on any of my plugged in devices, Alexa says that they are not responding. Really disappointed it reverted back to being a dumb "smart socket"Edit: June 5, 2017What a roller coaster ride for this cheapskate smart socket. The thing's so cheap, they cant even be bothered to have a backup server when they need to upgrade the existing Alexa server. Orvibo support just got back to me and indeed the skill is working fine again. Hopefully they have contingencies when it comes to server upgrade so that customers are able have a seamless experience. For those who are thinking of getting an Alexa enabled smart plug without the hassle, I suggest pony up more for a TP-link or WeMo branded plugs. Its not just worth the hassle to beta test a product for this small company.

oh yes it was easy to set up and set up and set up ...
Boy this was an experience, oh yes it was easy to set up and set up and set up, and well you get the idea. The server failed was like chilling. When I first got the smart plug I started with their COCO unit and then purchased these device. We had a problem from the get go. I couldn't get the server and thought it was something I was doing and then the next day, no problem up and running in just a few minutes which was the COCO unit. It worked so great that I bought these other two devices. Setup was slick, less than 5 minutes out of the box with networking and everything. It actually took longer to read the instruction than to do. Then came the nightmare. Oh, once setting up a device wasn't too bad but that offline tag on the app got to be the plague of the century. Again, and again, and then another few later again right up to 2 days before the returning was closed. Enough was enough at that point the risk of three items not working was too great. Now I have on trophy. Oh, Orvibo support want to help but server down and offline just is not fixable at my end.

Buy a different brand!
These outlets have trouble communicating with iPhone, and Amazon Echo. I bought this product to use with my Echo. I use Phillips Hue bulbs that connect great with the Echo and my phone, but these outlets do not connect a majority of the time. Even when using these outlets with their "HomeMate" app, the on/off button on the app does not work to turn my connected fans on or off. When using the outlet app, you can never be sure if your appliance in another room has been turned on/off. I almost always just end up manually turning off the fan by pushing the button on the outlet. I would definitely recommend a different brand.

Just buy, don't think about it!
I was a little hesitant on this purchase because I didn't really think that we needed it. However our living room lamp and the advanced yoga style move to turn it off and on had me searching for this product. I don't know why I bought the two pack but I did and I am grateful. They are easy to set up and incredibly useful. I will be ordering more!!!

Disappointing, plugs turn on and off whenever they want.
Big mistake, the app is terrible. Thilese plugs might be ok for casual use, but I would not rely on these for any type of serious cultivation, where an uninterrupted light cycle is a MUST! The plugs just turn on and off whenever they want, even after successfully programming it, over and over and over again. If you want to herm out all your planes this plug is great for that. Would never buy again.
