Beautiful item, have not installed yet due to possible missing item. Are the yellow pieces the person in the instruction video inserts into the wall after drilling it supposed to be included in the packaging? They were not in mine. I am afraid of installing this mirror if there is something missing that may affect its sturdiness and cause it to break off from the wall and fall and shatter. Who do I contact for help?

The overall look was perfect. Most mirrors of this style have black frames. I needed something to go with a bronze tone, and the faux leather straps were perfect tone. It hung a bit too low because I have a low ceiling (shown before my adjustment), so I punched a few more holes so I could raise it up. It would have been nice if it came with more holes. The wimpy screws that came with it were worthless... too short to even go though the drywall, and definitely not adequate to support the mirror. I keep a supply of screws on hand so that wasn't a problem. I just replaced it with three other screws.

I have posted before and after pictures of the space , beautiful piece of mirror. Compliments my dinning area nicely. Quick install. Mirror is very sturdy and has a little weight to it. The outer frame is actually a dark brown leather strap. Very chic.

I was so surprised that this mirror was a beautiful as it was. It surpassed my expectations. Hung in the mud room for a quick look before heading out the back door.
