Milestone Collection Wedding Time Capsule

Hello I am not sure why Amazon classified this item as a "toy" but whatever.. We purchased the Wedding Time Capsule for a shower! It came very quickly and we were pleasantly surprised with all of the items included in the package. It is well done and well thought out and includes great suggestions for additions to the Time Capsule. We made copies of the Message to the Future and provided it to all participants at the bridal shower and some people who could not make it. They were able to write a message to the bride/groom to be and I am sure they will get great joy out of reading them many years from now...Good idea for shower or wedding. Worth the money.

The Wedding Time Capsule is an excellent choice if you want to find that "unique" wedding gift that no one else will think of !!! It is very exciting for the newly married couple to share their future dreams, and goals for their new life together by writing them down and placing in this Time Capsule - you can mark down a future date of when to open these letters up, review and see if they were able to "tell the future" from so many years ago......there is also a very cool little "snapshot" booklet of the life today, their ambitions, family connections, etc....I gave one as a wedding gift recently and the couple absolutely LOVED the CAPSULE/CONTENTS plus told me it was actually something they had been looking for.

We have given dozens of these over the years, with positive feedback in most cases. This is a great wedding gift and highly recommended. If sent to directly to you and delivered with your own gift card, this is a great way to purchase this item. HOWEVER, if you're sending it directly, and want the recipient to know that you sent it, consider instead, buying directly from the manufacturer: The Original Time Capsule Company, LLC. Nice folks, and they will include your gift card message with the shipment.

I got this for my future ex-brother-in-law and his fiance. It was sealed when I got it and I did not open it. I was not present when they opened it. I got a text message the next day saying thanks and it was a really cool gift idea. I read that it is best if this is given months prior to the wedding. Along with the metal can there were several pamphlets and catalogs in the shipping box. I was told his fiance was as excited about them as she was about the gift. The shipping was fast.

This is a great idea. You have the option to put in what you want. I had one from my wedding and we absolutely loved it. Especially where others write you a letter. We opened ours after 20 years and the memories we had forgotten about. The best thing was a letter from my father who passed away 3 years earlier. Sweet memories

It came dented

I recently gave this gift to my nephew and fiancée for their upcoming wedding. They loved it! This was given to my husband and I as a wedding gift 10 years ago and have used it for all our wedding keepsakes. In fact, we reopened it to retrieve our wedding vows for our vow renewal recently. it's a really thoughtful and unusual gift. Great for keeping things organized!
