These gummies are a straight up God-send. I was having such troubles sleeping and I take this about an hour before bed time and it has made such a difference. I fall asleep so quick and sleep through the night. They taste great and I have re purchased this a few times.

This gummy drop tastes good and when taken as directed 30 minutes before going to bed, it does help you fall asleep sooner and stay asleep longer. I usually wake up three times a night. After using this product I only wake up twice.

It does it's job making me sleepy, but I feel a bit depressed/gloomy after waking up.

My daughter was having difficulty falling asleep and keeping normal sleep schedules so I got her some melatonin to try but she didn't like the pills I got her so I decided to try these gummies instead. She liked these much better. They taste pretty good, don't leave a bad aftertaste, and don't cause any stomach upset for her. The consistency is a medium softness and not super sticky on your teeth. These won't make an immediate difference but once you use them for a couple weeks it becomes more noticeable. Now when she takes melatonin regularly she can somewhat influence a more controlled sleep schedule, she falls asleep faster, and stays asleep at night better. Melatonin may not be enough for you on it's own (it's not for her) but it did make a considerable difference.
