What a beautiful alien
Product was as advertised! Booted it up, installed all updates with no errors or hassle. Plug and play. It's gorgeous, I'm still a sucker for Alienwares futuristic machines. Would recommend to anyone on the fence. I got the Liquid Cooled R13 / RTX 3070Ti / 1TBSSD / i7 2700KF

Great gaming machine for less than parts.
Love this machine. I would have built my own machine, however, with prices as high as they are, I decided to look at pre-built. I have an Alienware that I have been using for at least 5 years with no issues. It was just time for me to upgrade. And this checked all of the boxes for me without costing too much. With the cost of individual parts as high as they are now, this was well below the cost of doing it my self. So far so good.

Hardware problems!
The media could not be loaded. So get this, i shouldve listened to my friends. Alienware product is terrible and wont even help out much. I spent $2,500 on this damn thing to gamble everyday to see weather or not i will be able to play. I saved up money to get this damn thing thinking it was going to be the best thing ever and to know i am getting robbed. I dont make much but i want to be in the pc universe. This thing started having problems after a month of having it. I called the customer support for tech guidance to help out. I will first start off by saying before people start to wonder but if my brother is able to play online on his ps5 and my son watching tv streaming, why cant i open up any gaming apps or connect to the games itself? After the phone call with Dell they have sent a wifi card thinking that was the problem after doing step by step over the phone to see the issue. Even though, my computer doesnt show any connection issues or problems. After getting the card, it worked for 2 weeks and started having the same problem again. They sent out a tech specialist and after replacing the motherboard thinking that was the issue; 3 days later, same issue. Now they want me to send the Pc to them so they can find the issue. They had the audacity to tell me “Sir, what is your biggest doubt you will have before shipping it to us for repair?” You know what i said? I replied with “My biggest doubt is, You guys sending the same desktop back to me stating everything is fine with this system just so i can have the same issue and calling you guys back AGAIN!” All and all, for those out there, i highly recommended to not invest in this thing and just build your own. Lesson learned, and i probably wont even get my money back after all this dies out. Just gonna be gambling everyday to see weather or not if i am able to game.

A couple annoyances
This would be 5 stars if it came with a respectable mouse and keyboard and it didn't have pre-installed software that has pop-up ads, right on the homescreen.I know that Dell is the parent company, but having a super basic Dell mouse and keyboard instead of a back-lit AlIenware branded pair is inexcusable. That, and having free trial ads pop up when I'm not even on a browser is very distasteful

Birthday gift for my gamer
My daughter was so happy when she opened this. She absolutely loves it! She said it was the best gift ever! I don't know anything about specs, so you'll have to get that from another comment, and it does get hot after a while so she turns her fan towards it, but it is overall amazing.

They lie does not support 4800MHZ Ram
Pc can only handle 4400mhz. You have to by dell only RAM but they only sell the 4800 . Pc can't perform to what they advertise and amazon won't help you at all . False advertisement by Amazon / seller and Dell

Works out of the box.
Boxed well, shipped on time, and ran without issue with a thunderbolt kvm. Haven’t thrown any game it hasn’t handled on ultra settings. Old games run at 170fps on ultra wide 4K.
