i had bought a lip balm base from hobby lobby & it was gross. it was grainy, left a weird film & smelled weird even after adding flavoring. so i threw that out & was so stuck on what to buy for homemade lip balm & ended up choosing this & was absolutely impressed! this was so easy to use. melted it & added some flavor oil. i tried some as it was & it felt great on my skin & it was awesome as a lip balm too! although i added some flavor oil which altered the smell, the smell alone w/o anything is great. the quality of it all was well worth my money. i will def be purchasing this again! :)

This mango butter is great! It's smoothe.. not gritty at all.. no weird smells. I just made a body butter with it and all is great!

Great product. I make my own body cream. This product last a good while. Keeps my skin soft.

Edit: For those that this may make a difference to.I didn't notice before but I see where it says this is not certified organic. It does say it is organic but it is not certified organic. That might be important to some.I have ordered this twice and was perfect both times. It is the consistency and firmness that it should be. Will continue to order unless they change it.

Excellent quality, nice texture not rock hard. This butter is fresh! Shea butter has a slightly smokey scent if it doesn't then it's not pure shea butter!
