Hitachi Split Ac - 1.5 Ton Hitachi Zunoh 3100F - R32 - RSOG318HFDO (White)

Leaks every year and I have to spend 8-11k for gas and once coil replacement.Got a local guy to check, when compared to old models the weight of copper has reduced by 3-4 kgs .. cost cutting .. the coils can’t survive for more than 6 months of operation ..

The media could not be loaded.  This was my third Ac purchase with hitachi. 1st was window ac bought 8 years ago working fine and 2nd for my office 2018 both did fantastic job in terms of cooling and also energy efficiency is good.So after lot of research I decided to buy non inverter 1.5 ton split ac from hitachi again as my room is on top floor with air leakage and top with open terrace so this is the option I should go for.I always trust hitachi and recommend be because Of their cooling technology.This time it was horrible installation experience.I guess Hitachi has provided thier services to 3rd party dearlers who has hired unprofessional people.I bought AC from other platform where ac cost me - 33785 ( Copper pipe is not coming in the kit)Only indoor and outdoor unit remote without battries warranty card.For installation I have to call customer care they booked it for the next day. Customer care agent doesn't not any idea about charges.I checked prices on thr Hitachi website.Installation charges fornon inverter ac -1550₹Copper pipe 850₹/ - 850₹*6 = 5100₹( 750₹ per meter on website)Drainage pipe 120₹ /m 120*7 =840₹Electrical wire 150₹ /m 150*9 =1350₹Plug cost 1 unit = 100 ₹Mictrotek stablizer ( Amazon) =1446₹Outdoor stand ( purchase with ac) =500₹(Same quality stand Hitachi charges = 900₹I paid total installation charges = 8840₹Stablizer =1446₹Stand =500₹Nearly 11000₹ on top of ac cost which is 33785Total ac + installation cost = 45k plus loss of copper pipe 3 meter which can't be return because unprofessional service technician broke the package and said this can't be use.I bought this ac just because I trust on cooling of Hitachi and noise levels are also very less.If you can manage installation and warranty product is amazing is is cooling the room in quick time.This was my experience and honest opinion.

I purchases 1.5 ton split AC in 2017 for Rs 44000 thinking it should be of great quality.To my shocking, it is of worst quality.They keep all copper coils paper thin, so that it can leak after some time.Technician visited and did refilling for Rs 2750 (gas) + 900 (service charge). Total 3650.After 3 months again gas leaked and repaired for Rs 3650.After 6 months, again gas leaked and technician informed to replace cooling coil for 9650(coil)+3650(gas)Total money spent 20K within a year. If I had put extra 6, brought new AC.During coil replacement, technician refused to put anti corrosion coating which I have brought it.He said it is against company policy to put anti-corrosion coating. Company makes money by this fault.If anti coating is applied, there will be no fault and no extra money earning.This is big fraud and worst company to purchase such a AC product.After 1 year again 2022, it's again gas leakage and outdoor unit PCB got faulty.2021 repair cost : 9650 (inner coil) + 3650 (gas + service charge) = Rs 13,300Now total cost of repair for 2022 : 10500(outdoor pcb)+ 3000(gas refill)+ 900 (Service charge) = Rs 14,400Purchase any brand AC which provides anti-corrosion coating. Don't even think of Hitachi.
