Best Bang for your buck
I had a cart filled with Tbars decks and everything else needed for a custom build in the Tilt and North scooter website. The cart total was about $600. I was trying to build a scooter for myself, quick description. 40 year old 5’10 220lbs dad. Just to scooter around with my son. This scooter is simply awesome. I have been able to do bunny hop, tail whip and grind. It’s tall and the deck is wide enough. Couldn’t be happier. If you’re looking for a scooter for a tall person well at least up to 6ft this is it.

Scooter is Bigger then Expect and was Pretty Decent!
Scooter came in and was really surprised on the size! Being a street scooter I wasn’t disappointed though. If you’re a bigger rider then it will suit you better then a Envy Prodigy. I loved my S8 but sold it to a friend so he could start scootering. One problem out of the box was after a 30 minute session the grips started to move. I have Envy grips ordered already to fix this. I did several flat ground trick and off curbs around my neighborhood and they started to twist. Very minor but kinda disappointing. The scoot was really dialed out of the box and not overly torqued.PROS-For the bigger rider (deck width and bar height)-Cheaper then a Envy Prodigy to start on-Good build quality and color designCONS-Grips started moving immediately-Heavier then most completes-Has metal squared deck ends which make sliding harder

Excellent Machine
I'm a big old guy and got this after I couldn't stop myself from using my son's scooter. His is nice but this one is much nicer for about the same price. Since getting it I've been cruising around the neighborhood making a fool of myself with a big smile on my face. I really like the wide and long deck. the understated stealth graphics are swell. The bars are a little low for me (6'2") but so much better than the 24" on the kid's.Also - great support from the seller - Freestyle Distribution - when I had a question.

Meet my needs
We purchased my son a Fuzion z300 for Christmas and one day when I was in a hurry I decided to use it to get a quick walk in for our dog. I enjoyed it so much, it felt like better exercise than walking because we have several small hills, and my dog seemed to have a great time also. The only problem is the handlebars were too low for me to ride comfortably. I searched around for the tallest scooter I could find and this one seemed to be it at 28 inches in the handlebar height.I know there are "city" scooters meant more for actually scooting distances, but I was not interested in those because I wanted a good workout and also wanted my older kids to be able to use it for tricks. So this one really fit the bill. I'm only 5'5", but the handlebar height is perfect for standing up relatively straight and scooting down our rural road and it's also not too tall for my teens to ride for fun or tricks. It rides just as smooth as the the Fuzion and I've not had any of the problems with handlebars that others have mentioned. The only piece I like better on the Fuzion is the brake. It just seems to stop quicker and also make less noise but the Root one works ok also. But this is not really an issue for people using this for tricks. The base is also larger and wider on the Root than on the Fuzion and this works well for my purposes.Happy with my purchase!

Very good quality scooter.
I got this for my son for his birthday. He tried a few tricks and got a huge grin on his face. It’s incredible quality for the price.
