We used the provided adhesive pad - we didn't want to put holes in our new tile. We made sure we got the best adhesion possible by prepping the surface, applying pressure and not filling it for a couple of days. After a couple of weeks it fell - made marks in my new tub and spilled shampoo all over. I'd be more apt to screw it into the tile, but I still fear it'll leak as some reviewers stated, then I'll have holes in my tile for nothing. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ exacally want I wanted. *by I***E on December 30, 2017* I got it in black, and mounted it to the bulkhead in my work van with the supplied double sided tap patch. , I later remounted it with fasteners to remedy a problem I had, ( explained later in review) but in that week or so it was mounted with the tape, it was sturdy. I first used hand sanitizer in it, but because its so watery, it squirts out in a fast burst, mostly splashing out of my hand, I dumped it out and put in a thicker hand soap. It dispensed far more cleanly, however the button had notably greater resistance, causing me to have to press firmly to dispense.
