I previously had professional laser hair removal but this is my 1st time trying with an at-home hair removal device. I ordered it because after having my child, some hair came back that was previously removed. So far it's been one month of diligent use (2x week) and I'm not noticing much of a difference yet. I laser the hair and the next day it's back over and over again. I keep trying because I know these things take time and lots of effort so I guess I'll see. I can come back and update this review if things change, but so far it's very different from the professional hair removal where the hair would grow back slower after every session. Other than that, it's easy to use, easy to hold. I can't say whether it works thou.

I got this for my wife and I end up using it on my ingrown hair on my arm. It works pretty well and I don’t see it coming out anymore. It’s more private than doing in the spa and we can do it on our own schedule. It’s a similar process to what they do in the salon except their machine is much bigger. This one is much easier to handle and it’s the size of a hair dryer.There’s a counter that basically shows it can do 1 million blast. I’m not sure why that’s even needed since it’s such a large count. The sunglasses is included so be sure to wear them. The light is brighter. Overall we are happy with this. We can do apply it in the comfort of our own home and the product paid for itself already since our spa costs over $100 per session and they require 6 sessions. Good value.

First off the packaging is absolutely beautiful, was not expecting it to look so nice when i opened it up. I chose this laser after spending quite some time researching different ones. This had far better and higher rating than the ones that were double the price! I was careful to read the instructions before setting this up. I was really confused when it talks about gear 1 & gear 2 and didn't really figure that out. I have beige skin with black/ dark brown hair in the bikini area so with my 1st attempt I just stuck with level 6, but I'm sure I could have just started at level 7. I was very nervous using this but putting it on the skin isn't very hot only a slight warm sensation and goes away within a second. I couldnt figure out how to set this to auto flash but i did somehow on accident but i much rather manually press flash myself. THE TRIGGER BUTTON IS VERY SENSITIVE SO MAKE SURE YOU WEAR THE SUNGLASSES BEFORE TURNING THIS ON! Only because i accidently looked at the flashes but the sunglasses help. I used this inside a room and blocked off the door gap so my dog wouldn't see the flashes just to keep her eyes safe. The green light on top blinks while it needs to rest for a few seconds but once it stops blinking then you can proceed to use again. Once you have this figured out it's very quick to use. I'm currently trying to only use on my bikini and armpit areas. I'll post an update after a few weeks of use. I love how this comes with a chart so you can fill out and keep track.

Opened both the smaller boxes inside the main one. The plastic protectors for the sunglasses and razor were stuffed at the top of the box NOT holding either of those items. The cord was wrapped poorly with the tie loose in the box. I half expected it not to work but it did thankfully. I think I might’ve over did it on one side of my legs cause it warm to touch and still burns hours after session but time will tell.

What a disappointment this product is. I first tried it on my legs, as directed on setting 1. I got about 10 minutes of use before it shut off. I let it sit for about 15 minutes then tried again. It then shut down after about 5 minutes of use. At this point I went to Amazon account to see if I could return it but nope, I missed the 30 day return and I guess there is no warranty on the product. I didn't fret too much because I really bought it for my face and I figured if it would run for 10 minutes that would be more than enough time to cover that area. I used it two times on setting 5 and barely made it a couple of minutes before it shut off. Today I tried it on setting seven and it shut off in 20 seconds (not enough time to cover even my chin) . Waste of money. Don't buy. Read other negative reviews that have this same problem. Wish I would have read them prior to buying.Update - Seller responded to review and offered to refund what I paid. Impressed with customer service. I just happened to get a defective one. Most reviews are positive so I'm sure this doesn't happen often

Mi esposa apenas esta comenzando a probarlo, esperemos que sea completamente funcional, para poder sacarle completamente provecho a esta depiladora hay que leer muy bien las instrucciones que ya contiene en varios idiomas, en especial se especifica restricciones importantes para distintos tipos de piel y esto no pueda casura daños en la misma, es interesante como el kit contiene no sólo la depiladora láser, si no también un rastrillo para ayudar a disminuir hasta la posible eliminación del bello, en las distintas áreas, así como también contiene unos lentes de seguridad para evitar daños e los ojos, tiene una pantallita en donde puedes regular la intensidad y manejo de funciones,esta depiladora se debe utilizar conectada a la corriente eléctrica siempre, el material es plástico se ve de buena calidad, es ligero y además tiene una buena ventilación para así evitar un sobre calentamiento de la misma, más que nada es bastante recomendable leer las instrucciones y utilizar el pie de la letra para obtener buenos resultados.

Funciona de maravilla, a las pocas semanas se noto el cambio drástico en mi piel. De maravilla.

Me gustó pero se alenta mucho y después se sobrecalienta, creo que si corrigen la maquina valdría mucho la pena, mi problema es que dejó de emitir las pulsaciones pero si hace la función de eliminar el vello.

Es fácil de usar, solo que tiene disparos limitados, no he visto el servicio de recarga de disparos, cuenta con los accesorios necesarios para realizar la depilación, las instrucciones son muy claras.
