Does this fit resmed airfit f10?

I don't know about that model, but I can tell you that if your frame has 2 closed hole areas about 1/2" at the top, and 2 either closed hole or mostly closed areas at the bottom where the straps can be wrapped around, the head strap should fit.

There isn't a head on the planet that's big enough to fit.

No amount of adjusting will get this strap to fit. It's simply way, Way, WAY too large. Just a piece of JUNK.

Very tight on my big head, nose breathing difficult.

Purchased as replacement for my older mirage fx cpap machine / nasal mask. I have a big head and this strap barely fits. Sleeping is difficult and somehow the tightness makes it more difficult to breathe. But I will say the strap is decently soft and strong.
