Have the usual fine dust from the grading process, but the pebbles come in well sealed re-usable plastic bags. Rinse & mix and they come out looking very good; used for surrounding plants in pots where the compost might get splashed when getting heavy rain/careless watering.

Not fit for outdoors
These are advertised as being suitable for the garden and they looked good initially so I bought a second box of them. Not even one month later and a lot of the white stones now look like a dirty beige colour. Will soon need to replace the lot at this rate. Don’t buy.
