Work of Leaders supplies the "language" of Everything DiSC 363 for Leaders. Competence with the language can go a long way towards helping the facilitator, trainer, and others who work with the Everything DiSC Leadership assessments, to apply and mine the assessment discovery more completely and effectively.

I can attest to the fact that most institutions don't do what the authors recommend.

This book is very good. It focuses on three essential elements of leadership: vision, alignment, and execution. It has great stories and a good mix of theory and practical application. This book is well worth the time to read. If you are a leader who is working to implement a vision within your department, function, or organization, you will gain great value from the tips provided in this book.

Lots of great research! But they don't let us get bogged down into the details. They quickly take us into the practical. I have definitely stepped my leadership game after applying the principles to my life!

Fantastic book. I cant stop taking notes.The book goes into defining what a leader is, creating a vision and aligning everyone to that vision. This something I am working on in my capacity as HR Manager. I know how important this is but it wasnt always easy to articulate the why.The authors clearly have done their research and I havent read any questionable information.Would highly recommend this book to any manager who wants to be a leader, CEO's who need to turn things around in their business and generally anyone who has an impact on others.Everything in here is transferable in terms of knowledge and skills which is great as it speaks to a much wider audience this way.
