Really been happy with this especially the customer.service. I purchased an adaptor for my new phone as it had no headphone port. I bought this and it worked great. After 3 months it stopped working. So I contacted customer.support and they offered to send a new one and 2 days later I got a new one. Amazing service. Really happy. The adaptor is great. Nice strong wire and nice and compact. Sadely the first one stopped working but I'm so happy as I got a replacement. Definitely will buy from this company again. Thank you.

Excellent service, quick delivery, very robust, does the job

To my surprise, when I bought a Samsung phone a few months ago, I wasn't aware that they no longer come with the small round headphone jacks. So, I was forced to buy an adaptor to connect my overhead headphones to my phone.This works well. The only reason I have it 4 stars is because in the beginning, there would be static or the audio would cut out/shift depending on if my body rubbed against the cord. I don't notice it anymore though.Would recommend.

Works well with earphones as iPad 2024 doesn’t recognise Sony ones now

At first use, this seemed to do its job well: I tested it with some favourite tracks of very simple, clear music - sound was reasonable, with a little of the inevitable hiss you'd expect from a product like this in this price bracket. It worked well for podcasts with simple voices.But then, trying it with any more complex audio - films, symphonies - audio drops out every few seconds. I'm not sure what's happening technically, but it was as if it couldn't keep up. Presumably this is a faulty unit, and I will return it, but it wasn't adequate in the end for anything but podcast listening.#**** (nearly) one year later ****I had to use this again when I lost my replacement. It's so very very bad... as in, I should have returned it as not fit for purpose. It's not fit for purpose. The audio still drops out whenever music gets quiet. What I hadn't noticed before is that it is also a tremendous drain on a phone battery, even when it's not playing audio - leaving this plugged in over night, I wake up to a phone that's really low on battery or sometimes completely out. There are adapters like this that work, even work well. This isn't one of them.

Had mine for a few months now and it works fine so good value and worked for a while now. Feels good quality so I expect it will last a while longer. Highly recommend if you need one.

Like all modern phones they used to have "courage" with the 3.5mm jack,Then android phone makers had to jump in to sell their own Bluetooth earphones at 15 to 30x the cost of a wired pair,Anyway to get to the point fantastic quality adaptor, Sound quality was A+ but with My Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra it has a major problem,It makes digital noise on microphone recordings,So I couldn't make calls or do any voice recordings,However they did work fine perfectly on a google pixel 7 Pro when I saw my friend,So definitely a problem with Samsung phones,Had to return,Only 3* because both adaptors had the same problem, When I saw my friend that ordered the same type c to 3.5mm their adaptors didn't work with my phone either for a microphone recording,Even called them up and they couldn't even hear my voice over such bad digital distortion,
