In my opinion, this mat isn't anything "special"-- it's just a mat like other litter mats. It really doesn't seem to catch and trap a significant amount of litter, at all; my cat is still tracking litter out onto the hardwood floors. In fact, she doesn't seem to like the texture of the mat, and tries to avoid stepping directly on it whenever possible.In addition, I was very disappointed with the condition of the mat when it arrived-- it was folded AND rolled up-- so now there are permanent creases in it, and it doesn't lay flat on the floor-- which is probably the reason that it doesn't seem to catch and trap much litter. Prior to the mat arriving, I just had a pee pad on the floor, and the pad actually "caught" more litter than does this mat. (And, speaking of pee, the mat is more of an odd pee yellow color than a true beige, so that is another strike against it-- I wanted a true beige, to coordinate with the Berber carpet in my family room).So, overall, I am not highly satisfied with this purchase, and find that I can't honestly recommend it, since I don't like the mat, and my cat doesn't like it, either! The only reason that I am not returning it is because I don't want to be inconvenienced by having to package it up, take it to the Post Office, and pay for the return shipping. So I'll keep it (perhaps it can serve as an outside doormat, or in the garage, instead, since I don't want to worry about whether or not it will eventually end up sticking to, and ruining, my hardwood floors), but I'm definitely NOT happy with it!

Works as intended but sticks to floors
I have a litter box on a marble floor and the litter travels all over the house. I used to use small rugs to stop litter, but my cat thinks they're an extension of the litter box (ew!)While this isn't the deepest mat of its kind it functions fine. The pockets under the plastic fibers work well to trap litter and prevent it from bouncing all over the floor.The biggest downside is that it does stick to the floor. I have tried it on both bamboo and marble and have had to peel it up- even after just a few hours. I ended up using a non-slip mat from an old rug underneath. While it didn't damage my floors, I would be leery about leaving the mat on an unprotected floor for long.

I absolutely love this cat litter mat and so do the cats. It feels like it is made of quality materials and I think it will last for a pretty long time. I like the color blue and it matches the advertised picture perfectly. It collects litter really well but not so much that you can't get the litter off of it.It does have a crease down the middle thar I believe will go away. So really no complaints but if anything changes or the crease stays I will update my review right away!!The mat is so nice that I really want to get another color too. If it wasn't really good I wouldn't want another one but I really do!!I can honestly recommend this litter mat and say that it deserves 5 ☆☆☆☆☆

3rd timer buyer - great product
This is my 3rd purchase of a mat from KW Pets. Not because I have more cats or more littler boxes, and not because the mats get damaged. The truth - these things are amazing but after a year or so of vacuuming and hosing off these almost indestructible mats... I get kinda bored with the color and want to change it. And the price is right for doing that! They don't die, they don't fade, they are super easy to clean (as I said, I can even hose them off) - but as I change out other things in my home, I like the kitty mat to be refreshed. :) Highly recommended!

As another customer mentioned, it did come all wrapped ...
As another customer mentioned, it did come all wrapped up (rolled and folded), but with heavy objects set on top, all the rolls/bumps in the fabric went away within 2 days. This is a very cute rug, works decently. I have to vacuum it every other day or so to keep it absorbing litter and it doesn't get everything (my cat is a "poop and run" type, so he jumps out of the box and only touches the rug twice). I would buy it again.

Ended up with other uses!
I am using these but not for the purpose I ordered them. They have an odor, even after keeping them out on my back porch for a week. Also, my cats just didn't like the texture. But...I am using one as an outdoor matt in front of my front door, and the other fits nicely in a dog house I use as a feeding shelter outside in case water gets in the bottom of the house.

Litter mat that works
These are really big litter mats! The really do cutdown on the amount of litter that gets trackedThrough the house! You really can hit 2 large litterBoxes on one mat! I got 2 dark blue and they areDark just like the picture! I am not in love with the color! I used one in front of my camper doorand it really cut down dust and dirt being tracked in! Will probably order another one in a different color for the third litter box.Our cat likes to use different litter boxes!

Catches litter but sticks to floor
It catches litter well but it is difficult to then get the litter out of the webbing when I try to shake it out. But that is really a minor issue. What I really don't like is that the mat stuck to the surface below it and left blue material behind. Good thing that I did not place this directly on my wood floor. I advise that anyone who uses this to put something underneath this mat (I am using the big white plastic tray that is sold to go under washing machines at Home Depot)
