Pricey for the return when one uses it..
Difficult to apply pressure with out anchor product down tips very easily. Doesn't hold pressure well. Sometime it does and sometimes it doesn't. I wouldn't recommend product to anyone

Temp, “12 ton”, heat plates
The media could not be loaded. Starters, I wasn’t impressed when I was mislead to buying a 4 ton (at most) press when it clearly states 12 ton. Like other reviewers mine to has a pressure leak, and doesn’t hold. When turning the press on for the first time of the day, the heat plates pop sporadically. I let the press get to temps by waiting for 3-5 min before I prep and press. Longer you wait (10-15min) hotter they will be, makes me think there is something with the elements going on.** my plan/what I’m doing.I’m Rockin it. You get what you pay for. I’ve bought a thermal gun and have been checking temps. I continue to pump and apply pressure to the jack to the pressure I need (yes pain in the ass) until I upgrade the jack to more of ton it was supposed to be. As for the popping plates, I know it ain’t right, out of my control? 🤷🏼♂️Happy pressing ✌🏼🫶🏼🙌🏼

Bad dimensions
The image claiming the platons are 3 inches apart is absolute garbage. They are 1.6 inches apart at max. I bought this specifically for a use that requires them to be a minimum of 2.5 inches apart.

Everything I hoped it would be
The media could not be loaded. This thing is awesome. I was worried because the negative review but I'm familiar with hydraulic jacks and figured I'd check it out. Got mine and at first, I thought my box was dry on the inside. When I got the unit out, there was sign of a minor hydraulic fluid leak. Was familiar with the other review so I investigated. It was apparent that for some amount of time, the box was laid on it's back, putting the jack fluid fill button facing down. This will make a lot of Jacks leak. And depending how much leaks out, it may not want to get to the required pressure. I was prepared for that but I didn't have to add any. That takes popping that rubber button/plug off and filling with hydraulic jack oil, typically until it reaches the bottom of the fill hole when the jack is all the way down. The negative review also mentioned no heat control? Maybe that was something about his or idk what. I read the instructions before using. They're simple and setting it was simple. It even saves the values you set making it one button (and jacking) operation. Actual temp control was great. Doesn't heat too fast and slows when it gets close to temp to prevent overshooting the temp or passing it up. Press button to preheat, press button to start timer and do your press. Held pressure great and the process went great. Might Google the press process and recommended values. This was my first press ever, never even seen it done and using this thing was a breeze and a joy. I'll be using it a lot!

Jack didn't hold pressure ever
Seals are shot, doesn't hold pressure good enough, plates don't line up even and theres a high spot where they don't lay on top of each other. Wish I could get my Money back

Works for me
I took it out of the box plug it and and it was ready to use. I set the temperature and the time on the digital display once you set it you have to hold the set button down to save the setting.

Not stable enough

Not 12 Ton Capable
No instructions at all. Pressure gauge does not provide enough capacity
