Faber-Castell Goldfaber Aqua Dual Marker Lettering 6colours,Water-based dye marker with two nibs, Line width fineliner tip 0.4 mm

I used the markers to color on a regular coloring book page. They are better suited for watercolor paper if you plan on using water with them, however, using them as a regular marker on normal paper they are great. I didn't have issues with the markers squeaking or tearing the paper. I absolutely love the caps. They have a snug fit and produce a satisfying audible click when snapped into place.I use the markers as regular markers with the exception of the collar of the sweater. I did use the markers as watercolor and for me, I discovered that I could get the color to apply better by rubbing the marker against a paintbrush before applying them to the paper. I did try to drag the color down after applying directly to the paper but the ink dried too quickly (likely because of the type of paper I used.)I love that the markers have two tips. The brush tip is excellent. The color is very well saturated and the brush tip provides wonderfully wider strokes. For the finer detail work, simply flipping the marker over to use the fine tip works well. Same wonderful color saturation regardless of which tip is being used.

I bought this pack to see whther they can be used as alternatives to my Tombow Dual Brush pens. These brushes are smoother and can be blended more easily. No complaints about their quality.The only problem is that they get over pretty quickly. And they are not available in single pieces, unlike Tombow. There is no point in buying another set of pens because only 2 out of 6 pens have finished.Other than this, I would have re-purchased these.
