Carrot Ginger Sushi Wraps

We love these carrot wraps!! We're not huge fans of nori wraps so I looked for alternatives. I can only find these on Amazon and they are delicious. So happy I found them.

Because of my food restrictions, I can’t eat nori wrap’s because they are usually processed in a facility with shell fish and crustaceans. These are processed without fish, and I couldn’t be happier to find this alternative!!! These are SO SO delicious. The texture is so soft, but strong enough to hold everything together. I only wish the pack came with more than 5 because I just adore them so much. I want to try more flavors and hope they come out with more sometime soon. Thank you to the entrepreneur who made this happen, you are a real inspiration! I’m so happy I can participate in sushi night!!!

I don't use these for sushi, I use them as sandwich wrap since I can't eat gluten.They're easy to use and add flavor without overwhelming the filling. I've used with egg salad, sliced ham and cheese, and chicken salad.

Hold up well for rolling. They taste pretty good, but the texture is a little odd. Works for my kids who aren’t convinced about nori yet.

I was really amazed that I was able to make a vegetable sushi without seaweed. I'm allergic to seafood and used to eat sushi all the time before I became allergic. Now, I can enjoy sushi again and it's so delicious!!

Beautiful color, makes sushi fun! Like how thin it is, I like making sushi more than spring rolls because spring roll wrappers are so gummy to me. These are bright and fun, love it

These used to come in a larger pack for less. Also, the packaging contained multiple layers of protection including a stiff cardboard backing that protected the sheets from folding in transport. No more. Also, these lose flavor fast once opened and have a plastic-like texture. I will go back to the soy-type wrappers to see if any of their tastes have improved.

I love the flavor of these wraps. The price was better than I could find elsewhere. A much better choice than taco shells full of carbs for chicken and rice, or salad or whatever you choose for a healthy meal.
