The mounts are stout and finished well. Seem to be holding up good. On a side note the rubber ends of the Lifeline XT suspension trainer, for door mounting, do not physically fit through the hoops of the wall mounting bracket. I had to loop part of the traininer webbing around the the loop then secure it back over the rubber end of the trainer.
