I have been in the process of looking for a kit like this one and just in time too. The next day after the kit arrived, had a nail in the right rear tire of my 97 Nissan p/u. The nail was still embedded in the tire with a slow leak, broke out the kit and went through the process of plugging the hole in the tire. I have used a repair kit before, but not like this one. This repair kit has every thing and than some to do the job and I would highly recommend this product to any one you want to repair their own tire...... Thanks

Used it to repair a hole made by a drywall screw. Did it on the car in a parking garage. If you can pull the wheel off it will help getting necessary leverage. I ended up using a small Phillips screw driver to widen the hole enough to get the reamer in. Worked well and no leaking. The pliers included were not super high quality (handles were uneven and glue on the outside - they work but are just a little lower quality). The remaining tools appear to be higher quality. Decent storage box - I keep it in the trunk. For the cost, very useful.

I have not used this yet. Great peace of mind to have it in truck.I have used the cheaper plastic handle plug tools for years. A real pain and takes a lot of effort. I got this set because of the aluminum handles that have larger grips.

I bought this as a gift for my nephew who works on construction sites. He's always dealing with driving over nails in the job site. This allows him to make on the spot repairs, enabling him to continue his workday. I was very pleased with the quality of the product, and speed of shipping. Planning to order myself one as well.

Used it this morning without problems. Its everything I need and doesn't have the cheap plastic reamer or plug tool. Nice kit!

Haven't used this kit yet but it has everything you will need to make an emergency tire repair separate from your effort. Not looking for a reason to use it, but it will get the job done when needed so long as you do your job.

Arrived on time and looks great. Although since I’m a mechanic, I attempted to use it at work to plug a tire. The tool you use to prime the hole for the plug to go through broke during the first use.

This looks like it has all the correct components but mine arrived with a very dirty box. Inside it was clearly new, but the box had what looked like oil and soot stains on it.
