The castors shown in picture seem to be of plastic where as the ones sent were with steel balls, which i've tried before and the scratch the floor.OVERALL THE PRODUCT IS GOOD EXCEPT FOR THE STEEL BALLS.Had they been of plastic it would have been ideal.

I purchased a Tchibo coffee machine earlier, and it does require moving it around to get access to the water tank on a daily basis. I applied four of the plastic casters to the bottom of the Tchibo to make it easier to move and to protect the countertop.
