Yellowbird Ghost Pepper Condiment (19.6 Oz, 2-Pack)

After a couple disappointing batches of Yellowbird habanero sauce that weren't at all spicy (granted they specifically say on the label to expect inconsistency but this was pretty bad) I finally upgraded to the ghost pepper and I couldn't be more satisfied.Let's not mince words, this stuff is addicting. It has the perfect spice level and fruit-forward characteristics of a habanero sauce and it's neutral enough to put on a huge range of foods without seeming too out of place. Remember when you first got into hot sauce and everything you ate had Sriracha slathered on it? This is the closest facsimile to that experience I have found that actually sates my need for actual spice. Don't balk at the price, and seriously, buy two bottles because you'll need it.

I received a bottle as a gift after having had a conversation about ghost peppers. I like spicy food once in a while, but this seemed extreme. I have eaten chiltepin peppers, so was afraid of this. This sauce is wonderful! The heat is not overpowering and the flavor is rich. There's no vinegar taste, just pepper. One of my favorites is to fry a pork chop coated with sauce in EV olive oil. If you don't like it, you can put it on your car's wiring to keep rodents from chewing.

Bought the small oz. bottle to try for the first time and it was gone in 3 days! This stuff is amazing! Had to buy the 2 big bottles this time to keep it on the shelf longer than a week. My previous rating had it at a 3 (out of 10) for heat, but have since reconsidered and moved it to a 4.

This sauce has become my first grab sauce for most everything. Love the smokey flavor with a really strong heat. Definitely hotter than most would enjoy using straight - flavor is strong enough to be mixed into other stuff. Squeeze bottle definitely earns bonus points. Its a thick sauce so nice to have a controlled dispensing system.

But I really like about the sauce is it’s got a lot of heat but it’s got great flavor as well. Use over a bottle a month.

This is my go to!! Seemed a little high priced at first, but in all honesty it's a lot of sauce and it's amazing. Kinda like a spicy catsup but way more versatile. Ive tried it on everything and haven't been disappointed yet. It's got some fire but a thick sauce and you can easily control the amount you add so get the right bite to sauce ratio thats not to overwhelming. I liked it so much I ordered the 3 pack variety just to see if they are holding any more hidden treasures. Hope you enjoy!!!

I loved the flavor without being overly hot. I have tried other Ghost Pepper products and they are pure heat without flavor. Yellowbird has both. There is a nice balance. It might be too hot for some, but some of us like heat.

The ghost pepper sauce has some kick but not bring you to your knees kick. Very yummy
