My friend was raving about this so I ordered it. I must say it is worth the hype. Slightly sweet with perfect heat and not too acidic. Will be trying some of their other products.

This is my go-to hot sauce when I don't want all the spice of the Yellowbird Habanero. The heat is just right and there's a nice touch of sweetness to go along with it. It's so good that it goes with just about anything: eggs, tacos, pizza, sandwiches, chili, chicken wings, pozole, corn chowder, etc. It's a staple in our household and I might consider ordering a gallon jug in the future.

It's my new go to, instead of red hot.It's not that hot, but the flavor is awesome. I use it on everything.

Love their other sauces as well (Blue Agave Sriracha - yum), but this one is just a good clean, thick hot sauce. Love it!

This sauce has a fruity aspect to its flavor, while also bringing, in my opinion a pleasant amount of heat. The heat develops at the end of bite seasoned with it. Is not dominated by a vinegar taste, but still a little sweet and sour. Just enough heat to get your attention. It is not so hot it over powers the flavor of the food it adds it's flavor spice to. Great on eggs or adding savor to the last tostada when all the other toppings are gone. If there was a smoked chipotle version...

This is one of the best Jalapeño sauces we have ever had. It has a nice flavor that is not overwhelmingly tasting of jalapeño’s. A great compliment to your sauces collection. Organic, natural, and great on everything we have tried it with.

Was recommended to me by a coworker and did not disappoint. Yellowbirds hot sauces consistently have been great and this is one of my favorites. Not really spicy at all just provides a little kick. Great for those that don’t want too much heat from their hot sauces.
