Dear, The Rose ice trays can withstand high and low temperatures, can work normally within the range of -104℉ to 446℉. Safe for use in refrigerators, ovens, microwave ovens and dishwasher.

Q: How long does it take for the ice cubes to freeze in this?

I would have to say it depends on your freezer，About 2-3 hours！

Q: Is this silicone safe to put in the oven to use to cook with as well?

I wouldn’t use they to cook, since the description doesn’t mention it. I only use them for ice makers and I love it.

Q: How much should you fill these?

I'm still trying to figure this out. Water expands when frozen. My last cubes were made with water , you just need to fill water in trays to 90%.
