Not bad for the money, but only a first impression
On paper, these are a great value for the money compared to the manufacturer's replacement heads. The build quality seems pretty good, I appreciate the protective caps which fit snugly (maybe nicer than the Sonicare ones which are easy to get stuck at an odd angle), and the bonus floss and color rings are a nice touch, as is the simple but nicely designed packaging.I don't want to give these a lower rating because I'm reserving judgment until I use them a while, but I have a few (maybe minor) concerns right off the bat:- I don't mind the black bristles… they look interesting and might keep it from looking used, but I feel like I'll miss the blue strip that reminds you to swap heads.- There's a decent sized gap between the brush head and the base of the toothbrush that doesn't exist with the factory heads… not sure if this will have an effect on performance or make it more fragile, but it looks a bit off and is at least begging for more grime to accumulate.- (Biggest issue, for me) The bristles feel very soft compared to the Sonicare brand heads, so I'm concerned they're not cleaning as well. This might be good for people who chronically press their toothbrush too hard into their teeth, but for me it feels a bit like the bristles are dancing around and not scrubbing as hard as they used to. I'll give it a little more time and see if I notice a difference.- The whole charcoal thing reads like a bit of a gimmick. Yes, charcoal is great for filtering, but that's not what's happening here when everything is accumulating in your mouth until you rinse it out anyway. And as for the whitening power of charcoal, I think stiffer bristles would do a better job… but maybe I'll be pleasantly surprised.Remaining cautiously optimistic about these. There are a lot of things I like about them, so while I'm a bit skeptical I'll give them a while and revise my review accordingly if necessary. I hope they turn out to be awesome because the Sonicare brand ones are a rip off.

Great value
Can't just tell you why, but I really like these replacement brushes. I still haven't figured out if this truly is a Phillips sonicare product or an after market. I have not bought the name brand Phillips replacement heads for years because the price is soooo unreasonable. But these fit way better than the generic, they don't come flying off while I am brushing... annoying and yuck! These also feel much better in my mouth and just seem to clean better (it's probably just mental??) The best thing about these odd little brushes is it is a great value, especially if it is the real thing (name brand replacements)

not good anymore...
so far so good... my wife loves them... i replaced the original brush head with these and they are made well and fit perfectly. will continue to buy these.id like to update my experience with these... these are not the same quality/strength as the original ones... they are nice the first day, but then its too soft and flimsy... and its not a preference thing, its just a quality thing... the bristles being soft, doesn't really allow the brush to do exactly as it needs to...i wont buy these again.

Very soft yet durable heads!
I love these brush heads because they are much softer than the brand and all other generic ones. In my case, I need this extra softness and am very happy I've found such a great product at this reasonable price.

My teeth are Clean!
I am not very educated in the advantages of charcoal infused products. I think I would need some extensive testing (such as brushing half of my teeth with these, and half with a plain brush head) to see the difference...so, go ahead and pay the bloated price for brand-name brush heads...I will never pay full retail price again. $15 per brush head! no way!these are EXCELLENT brush heads. They fit well and wear well (mine still looks very nice after several months of use)

Good brushheads. Only reason not 5 stars is because they do not fit 100% snugly on brush. Still works well, just looks a bit off.

Great for the price!
I like these brush heads ok. They don't fit all the way on my Sonicare brush (see picture), but they do still work. They are nice and soft. The price is great compared to Sonicare replacements. So far I haven't had any issues with shedding or anything like that. Also, the free dental floss was appreciated!
