It's a nice looking luggage set but it's not durable. The biggest one broke with just one way trip to Europe. All four wheels are broken .UPDATE:I got a full replacement and tested them out again and they made it through 2 very long trips! Great costumer service! Thank you!!!

Product is great - sturdy and flexible, easy to maneuver, held up on round trip between the east and west coasts.

I initially loved the luggage! Used it with ease at the airport. However, when I arrived at my destination there was a big hole in the suitcase and one of the wheels was missing. So I had to drag a 3 wheeled suitcase around the airport. It was a horrible experience! Afterward, my back hurt for a week! BUYER BEWARE!

Update as of 4/27/19 . Previous review below.I took these one 1 trip overseas. Upon the return trip home one of the rollers had been ripped off. I originally loved these pieces but with the 1 trip abroad and ruined I am highly disappointed for the price.Upon first receiving them: She Loves them! They roll great, color is spit on and the are sturdy!

do not purchase these luggage set. I had original got a set and it broke( inside torn) . Seller sent me a new set and the actual luggage broke( the wheel on the outside snapped off ) on my way home when it was coming out of baggage claim.

They are beautiful, having a lock for wheels is a nice feature when traveling in metro so you sit and the luggage doesn't slipper. The luggage lock is not TSA, my bad, as they don't actually claim it. And on the second flight, big luggage cracked, I still like them and would recommend if you don't care about TSA compatible, as a crack could happen with any hard set.

Excellent Luggage! Used a few times already and they have held up very well. My only complaint is that the small wheel brakes are very fragile. And they broke off on all three pieces. But I have no real need for a brake on my luggage, so no points off here.

Cheap! Do not buy this product. First use, the wheel locked and I could barely push my luggage. 2nd use, the plastic case cracked and wheel completely missing. It is NOT sturdy. It cannot handle being checked at the airport. I wish I could get my money back. Cute if you don't plan on checking it on a plane. It won't hold up if you do!
