Very surprised how well these work.

We love these DermaKids acne patches as well as many other products of theirs we have tried. They come as several sheets of size and shape, easy to peel off any apply. They stay put on dry clean skin and work quickly.

I am in my late 40's with adult cystic acne and have four daughters in the tween and teen age range. We go through a lot of acne products.This comes with four packets in a small box. Each packet has a sheet of patches, two round and two heart shaped, both in a small and a medium size. They are slightly thicker than normal and stay on my face well.If you haven't used these, give them a try. They are one of our favorite zit treatments. You simply wash and dry your face, then apply the sticker over the blemish and go to bed. In the morning it will be filled with disgusting white gunk. White heads will be sucked dry in a night and will usually not return. My cystic acne is more of a problem. Usually they will need to be close to the surface or pierced to actually remove any liquid. The dots will suck out the ick and the acne spot will feel much better and less pressure. Unfortunately, it will refill through the day and need to be applied again at night. It takes a while to get the blemish to heal, but it eventually does and without the scarring that I usually experience.Some people do wear these during the day but my experience is that if you wear it out in public and the patch turns white, it's hard to miss. I reserve them to night time use.

These are adorable, especially if you need to use one on your kiddos! My son (3 yrs) gets small red bumps on his cheeks and arms occasionally (he has keratosis pilaris) and when they get inflamed, I use one to help cover and heal them quicker. He loves the hearts! They’re also trickier for him to pull off than regular bandaids.I use them on acne spots and love how much pus and yucky stuff gets absorbed. My only issue with these is that they don’t have a border; I prefer hydrocolloid patches to have a thin border so pus and other secretions don’t leak out the sides as easily. Sounds nasty, I know, but it helps stop them from sliding around! I can’t leave these on quite as long because of that…. But overnight is usually ok. They stop my from playing with my skin and prevent scarring. Same with my son!Highly recommend these for the price! Hope this helps. ☺️

I have oily skin and this product stuck on all throughout the night. It's thicker in size than my other acne patches - not necessarily bad. When I took it off, my skin felt dry and tight. I had to put on moisturizer real quick. When i took off the patch I could also see all my oils and whatnot. My pimple also reduced severely in size. I only used it for one day but if I were to use it for 2-3 more days, my pimple would've been gone.Drying, but works.

Started getting blemish dots for my kids when puberty hit, and over the years we have tried pretty much every brand out there! My go-to brand is CosRx, but this brand is decent too and the heart shapes are a nice change of pace.Blemish dots are multi-function: they drain, they heal, and (maybe most importantly) they prevent “picking” blemishes. On a new blemish, these dots serve to absorb the gunk and get it out of your face. On a blemish that's halfway gone, these dots help the area heal without leaving a huge scab.Note for makeup users: remove these dots and give your skin time to “rebound” a little while before applying foundation or concealer. Otherwise the skin where the dot was will absorb the makeup differently than the rest of your face, and it can be noticeable.As for this particular brand: They are fairly thin and clear, and adhesion is pretty good. They're mounted on a solid backing paper, so it's more difficult to get them off neatly as opposed to brands where the backing splits. Absorption is OK, but not as good as the thicker rubbery type of blemish dots.

I had a zit. I put this on it overnight... the next morning it was gone. It didn't leave any weird marks, it just sucked up a bunch of white goo and left my skin spotless. I'm a fan! I'll definitely get some of these when my kids turn into zitty teenagers. Until then, I'll be using them on my gross old face.

I love these acne dots. They are easy to use and pinpoints the medication to where its needed. These have big and small dots perfect for any size blemish. I was able to place this patch on at night and it was still there in the morning.I thought huge did take longer then some other brands but I like the way they work.
