At first i had a problem with delivery as the android unit was missing. Got it replaced in few days.Pros:1. Everything u need to install it is given in the box.2. It works without having to do much setup.3. Perfect fit and frame colour matches the car.4. Simply plug and play if your vehicle already have factory wiring. If it has been replaced with an aftermarket one before u will face some issues.5. All the supplied cables are long enough to reach where its supposed to go.6. Wifi and Bluetooth connection is seamless.7. Speakers sound good.8. GPS is accurate.9. Reverse camera quality is good.10. Bluetooth calling works well.Cons:1. System is slow compared to modern android systems.2. No Android auto.3. Reversing lines are just useless rectangles.4. Steering wheel control needs additional components to be purchased.

Using this unit in Creta 2016 model. UI needs lot of improvement. Radio doesn’t sound great, unclear. Phone mic is below average, factory fitted basic mic was clear and audible, perhaps software work needs more detailing. Three basic requirements of Radio, Phone and UI did not match my expectations - hence below average. I hope software updates can help with better performance. Good luck

Touch quality is good value for money but some parts are missing that you have to purchase from car decor i.e.. soket and Fm pin which cost you near by 450/- so im very disappointed when Machanic told me to buy this 2 extra item so if you thinking to buy this touch screen player make sure you also have to buy this 2 small things separate and apart from that there is no issue and last problem that i face which is im unable to register product on there portal it keep gives some kind of error i try everything but still problem not resolved..

Writing this after 3 weeks of installation. No issues so far. Working as expected. I have installed it in VW Polo.
