Literally what it says on the box. Everything you need for harvesting your colostrum. Could maybe do with some spare labels is the only thing

An excellent pack for collecting liquid gold. Normally, only a little is collected at any one time, so these syringes are the perfect size and should be frozen within a few hours of the first collection. I'm not sure what use the tubs are because the syringes are all that are needed.The nipple cream isn't needed until baby starts to feed, but it's a nice addition for the future. The nipple shields? Well, I suppose they might be used to collect some colostrum when it is not being deliberately milked for, but other than that, again these are more for when you are actually nursing, to help protect sensitive nipples until they get used to baby.Colostrum harvesting should not be done before 36 weeks as it could trigger labour. Also, remember to write your name on whatever bag you put the syringes in so they don't get lost when going to hospital.

Didn’t include tubs.
Came without the tubs that was suppose to be included. For the price not really worth it
