Exactly as advertised- it's made from a sturdy material that seems made to last. It holds my various charging cords, my tablet, a small notebook and pen, a bag of hard candy, and a small book of crossword puzzles.My ONLY complaint is that it's prone to sliding down the chair. I have the weighted end tucked under the chair cushion, but have to readjust it a couple of times a week, as it slides.

I took the wood piece out and slide it under the topper on my bed. It hangs to the side so I don't loose all my remotes and reading glasses. Works great!

Most of the reviews depend on how well this caddy works with that user's particular furniture. It works well with mine (see photo), and as a result I'm quite happy with it. It does sag open, as other reviewers have noted, and it tends to fall even when anchored under the chair arm, but that to me is a small price to pay for the organizational help. I would not try to keep magazines or other heavy items in the big pocket due to the sagging issue. Also, other reviewers are correct in stating that the colors shown are not very true to life. My product was darker than expected.For me, I'm overall quite satisfied with this product.

My wife wanted the get rid of the Clutter on my chair side table. This really did the trick. I thought it would look out of place but it blends in with the couch. Nice materials and workmanship.

Nice for remotes and easy to keep track of. Keep puzzle book handy and out of way.
