edit number one: I have now been using this for the duration of the container and I'm upgrading this to a five-star. After the first two weeks I noticed that there was no longer any crash and this has become my favorite workout supplement. Everything is here that I need for before and during a workout. It also includes recovery if I do not want to drink a protein drink.There are a few things I like about this pre workout. I like that it has coconut water and BCAA's to deliver the needed nutrients to my muscles. I am not normally a fan of having creatine in my pre workout drink but I can appreciate that this is an all in one drink with nothing more needed until I am done with my workout.Why not 5 stars? I have a tremendous crash about 3 hours after taking this. I have experienced this with some other pre workout drinks and it would be fine if I worked out in the evening instead of before work.

I normally drink Gaspari Super Pump, but wanted to try something with more natural ingredients. This tastes like crushed up multivitamins and has a really string sucralose taste. It also clumps up really badly. I had to dump out quite a bit just to be able to get to the scoop because the top was so crusted.

This product is great,It provided me with a needed extra boost in energy and provided fuel for a great workout,It felt good to have that extra energy it provided,Also provided me with the focus power I needed to get through the day

This is not effective as a pre-workout at all. At the recommended dosage, it does nothing physically to push you into or through a workout. A scoop and a half eliminates the urge to sleep but not a noticeable increase in energy. I would recommend it for people studying or taking long drives where focus is the prime objective. For anyone doing physical labor this is a pass.

I love this product..amazing really love the way it tastes and I am able to stay focused go that extra mile during my workouts..after turning 41 this is such a boost!! Highly recommend !!!

Good flavor, easy to make just a few shakes and ready. It makes it easy to go to the gym with all the energy it gives. Good product

Very bitter taste. Since this pre has a lower drum than most I used it on the HIIT days and felt a good clean burn. But the taste is god awful.
